I today (December 10th) released Kawa 1.13 - with a bunch of R7RS procedures and changes: http://www.gnu.org/software/kawa/news.html
(No define-library yet, however. I'm tentatively planning
on calling it version 2.0 as soon as I can reasonably claim
to support R7RS.)
