Anyway the data is stored inside the Zope Object Database (ZODB)
(normally with the filename Data.fs) and there seem to be three or
four backup methods. When I had to do it, the repozo.py script
carried with zope 2.8 seemed the best option.
Mac OS X 10.4.6,
Python 2.3.5,
SchoolTool 0.11.3 running from the PreferencePane.
At a glance, I can't find
repozo.py
Please, can anyone elaborate/advise?
(I'm not an expert.)
In the meantime I'm periodically stopping SchoolTool via the
PreferencePane,
manually backing up
/Data.fs
to a remote location using CyberDuck (my preferred sftp client)
then restarting SchoolTool.
NB in this environment
Data.fs is at the root of the file system.
TIA for any advice.
