Actually, the packaging tarball should come without any dependencies
already available as packages. So I would say 2 tarballs:
* A full one, batteries included style, for users to download and
install.
* One suitable for packaging with external dependencies ripped out.
To this extent I already build both a schooltool and a
schooltool-minimal tarball.
I havn't yet figured out whether it is best build both a schooltool and
schoolbell source package, or just lump both into one schooltool package.
I guess I can only do that when SchoolBell can build.
