Well, before I wrote that email I sequestered myself in a room with
some big sheets of newsprint and did a little drawing.  I wasn
anticipating doing a bunch of mockups, taking some pictures, etc.  But
as I got into it, it seemed what was needed was really pretty
straightforward and wouldn't require an extensive re-design.  If I
thought we were going to have to completely scrap what we've got, we'd
need a longer process.

I do want to figure out how to get some more serious usability
testing/advice  this winter that'll be incorporated into next years
version.
