viewers about relative video quality*" is an interesting project idea for
me.
The basic requirements of the project is clear for me (*a web site that only
compares still images*) & I have some experiences with such projects (now a
days I am involving in *Theora* video codec optimization project as my *B.Sc
* final year project ).
I have some more problems as given bellow.
Which language would you suppose for this project.
You have mentioned "*This goal is probably outside the reach of a single
GSoC project*". So what will be the scope of this project. There may be more
beyond the basic requirements.
