Hello All;
I am doing Induce fit docking for my protein; having flexible residues in
active site. While running the job i am getting message "Job comlpeted;
died."
In log file i found following warning:
*"Job NIPER-PI-IND-2-0-492fcaf1 died.
WARNING: Expected output file InducedFit_rec-1_ref-trim_pv.mae not found."
*And in *InducedFit_rec-1_ref-trim.log *log file i am getting following
warning:
*"WARNING mmim_handle_set_arg(): set operation failed: '13' is greater than
the maximum allowed value '10'
FATAL mmim_handle_set_arg_int(): error in setting variable value."
*Please help me regarding meaning of this log file.*
