Actually, ffmpeg will mux Dirac into .mov/.mp4, matroska, and nut as  
well, any of which are imo a better choice than ogg.

Also, Jean, you're probably thinking of Vorbis audio, in which case  
you'll want to build with libvorbis as ffmpeg's native Vorbis encoder  
isn't that great quality-wise.
