I added a list in uci.tcl file with
  set optionToKeep { UCI_LimitStrength UCI_Elo UCI_shredderbases }
and a test at line 362 of the same file.
This list can easily be extended when we discover engines with some UCI_*
options of special interest, that should be displayed to the user.
Unforunately I don't have Shredder so I can't test it, but it should be some
easy to fix code.

This is the feature I appreciate the most, and I know only 2 engines that can do
this : Phalanx, and Hiarcs (on Palm, the only version I have).
