Indeed 3 fonts are garanteed to work everywhere in Tk : Courier, Times and
.... Helvetica.

It looks feasible to me, hence it would be possible to capture relayed games
from a tournament. But personaly I will not code it myself (lack of
interest/time). If there are volunteers ... Note that many problems arise,
for example when watching games I sometimes get back a few moves and try
variations, then what happens when a player enters a move ? I found the
solution by fetching all moves if FEN is out of synch.

Timeseal does not support name resolution, and I don't know how to resolve a
name to IP adress in Tcl, without calling external system programs. To enter
IP adress is certainly not the best solution, I know.
