Hi,

Personnaly I connect a Serial / Bluetooth adapter to the Citrine, and then
configure the port (COM7: for example) in Scid. That's all.
I don't think there is another possibility on Pocket PC. Note that Bluetooth
is a serial link, and will appear as a COM port, so there is no difference
between Bluetooth and serial from a programmer point of view.

On PC, you can also attach the Citrine as usual with the serial cable (I use
an USB/Serial adapter as my laptop has no serial port).
