Quadratregel is called "rule of the square"
Schluesselfeld would be "key square"
kritisches Feld I'd name "critical square"
Opposition is just "opposition"

I'm pretty sure you've done right :) If you want to I could
also look at it in the german edition.

(BTW: one problem I wanted to solve with normalised terms is
actually precisely your translation problem.)
