Hi,
I made some debian packages for scid. You can find them together with a lot of
chess related packages at:
http://oko00.hostsharing.net/debian/unofficial/scid/
Any feedback is welcome, but bugs are resolved for my "official" packages
first.
Many thanks for the continuation of scid, you do a very good job. It gets
better and better. I love it and am working on getting it back into the
debian distribution one day.
Regards,
Oliver

scid for Debian
---------------
* As most of the engines are available in debian, I removed them all
* The licensing problems for this package make me step back from getting
this packe into debian properly.
* The packaging is mostly for my private usage and friends that use debian
please contact me how to improve the packaging but don't expect me beeing
too responsive my "official pakages" go first
TODOs
* Split the data parts in single packages (but how to do this best?)
* Fix the linking warnings
* get it into debian officially
* manpages missing!
* decide what to do with the scripts
