Hi,
I uploaded a zip file at
http://prolinux.free.fr/scid/download/unstable/ib_annee_2007.zip which
contains a base of 9000 games (form icofy base, year 2007, games are won,
less than 40 moves). I started to annotate them for tactics, but the process
is very long and I only achieved 400 games so far. On average, 25-30%
contains tactical shots, and I think it would be nice to end with a base of
about 3000 tactical positions. There is also a screenshot of the annotation
window, showing the setup I use (note that thinking time must be at least 5
seconds on a recent CPU, or there will be inaccurate scores). For annotation
I use Fruit 2.3.1 (an UCI engine is mandatory).
So anybody wanting to help in this process, please tell me what range of
games you can annotate (for example 2000-3000).
Note that Scid from current CVS is necessary, but I can make windows exec if
needed.
Pascal
