I had the same crashes due to a bug in Rybka's command line parser. I
corrected it in CVS, and now Rybka 3 1-CPU works for me, but maybe the MP
version has other bugs that would need workarounds. So you should look at
data exchanges between Scid and Rybka, reproduce them on command line and
get Rybka crash on CLI also. Then start finding a workaround.

For example Rybka crashes after those commands (try, you will see) :
wine rybka.exe
uci
go infinite ponder

where
wine rybka.exe
uci
go ponder infinite

is ok, despite "go infinite ponder" is a legal UCI command.
