Hi!

Just forwarding a request/suggestion made to me by a user.

"As I rarely use FICS at all but just from time to time
to observe some games, I'm not much in all these fancy
commands. Therefore, it would be nice if Scid could give
a list of currently relayed games, so I could just select
a game to observe form an easy to read list without
    fiddling around with FICS commands."

In principle, this involves "tell relay listgames" and
parsing its output, by actually separating the first number
from the rest. One could then just build a temporary list
and display it in a selection window. Selecting a game from
a list of a line would then trigger an "observe number"
command. An alternative would also be a drop down list below
the command line which is updated once the relayed games
button is pressed.

That is I have the algorithm in principle but I do
absolutely not know how to hook this into the FICS code.

PS: I think the same parser will work for the "games /bs"
output as well. I could imagine that for this button also a
popup appears that allows selection of a game and then
closes again.
