What point do you refer to? This stacking idea?

I admit that I like the idea of the lines: when working with
the tree I would like to have some "where will it lead
to in x moves" (with x a small number). In Scid I've to go
through the tree back and forth. Of course I guess Scids
advantage here is, that it builds up a lot faster.
Therefore, I guess that the lines as default behaviour would
probably not be a good idea.
