In the section **Create custumized SDK**, it says that

The original MacOSX10.4u.sdk doesn't work (for this case), you need to
create a new one that points to the Tcl/Tk 8.5 frameworks. For this you need
to run 'makeSDK.sh', after that you should see 'MacOSX10.4uTclTk8.5.sdk'
inside '/Developer/SDKs/'.

That assumes the Developer Tools are installed, right ? In that case, is it
all of them or just SDK.pkg ? In any case, a thing or two about the Tools
might need to be said.
Garth helped me build the app a few months ago and I still have the
conversation, if you need it for your page. But it might not be very
useful, since your way of building the app is way more sophisticated than
mine.
