A feature changed after the recent CVS update when the FICS console cursor
was fixed.
When a game is played in FICS, the PGN window displays the moves after they
happen. However, the original moves are not displayed if a game is
observed.
For example, when an event is relayed on FICS,
"tell relay listgames" lists the game numbers,
Then "observe 10" or whatever the game number is brings up the game. At
this time, the moves made before the game was observed are not put in the
PGN window.
