I think for Chris idea of usage marking those points might be helfpul as 
well.

Still, Chris, if you annotated the game with "Add score to annotation" 
you'll also get the numerical evaluation for a given position. Now, if 
you failed to find the best move (due to the engines evaluation!) this 
comes with a "dramatic" change in this numerical evaluation. Therefore, 
you can use the score graph (Tools / Score graph or Ctrl-Shift-Z) to 
find those points. Just jumping from peak to peak, while the parameters 
Pascal mentioned are set should do the trick in a manual manner. Using 
this method its also up to you to decide what you consider a "dramatic 
change".

Probably, Play / Training / Calculation of variations at those positions 
is also helpful.
