You'd need to convert them to PGN and import them into Scid. Some old
version of Fritz (up to V8) in wine can do this job for you. The thing
with CB is that the format is proprietary and undocumented, therefore a
support for this stuff is not possible. (Though I disagree with
illegality argument of Benoit. It would most likely not be illegal but
you'd have to write an import function and this is just hell of a work
with a binary proprietary format without any docs.)

This should work out of the box as soon as you have set your system to
UTF-8 before fireing up Scid. Then they should display properly within a
Scid base. For testing puproses I once used Thai and it worked like a
charme, therefore solovak should be easy ;)
