Would it be difficult to implement a such function in Scid? Sigma  
Chess allows to select 2 engines, to set them, to choose the timing  
and number of games and saves those automatically to a collection.

By the way I did a "handmade" match and Rybka Rybka v2.2n2.mp.x64 lost  
badly vs Hiarcs12.1 MP. I am sure that it is not a fair match as  
Hiarcs is well tuned and Rybka just out of the box.
