Sorry, Pietro, for the delay, but this bug is driving me crazy, I have it
always in my mind, especially while currently I'm also working on a stable
repository version for an intermediate release (without new features, but bug-
fixes). I'm not yet able to reproduce this bug.

> Next time I can send it to the mailing list if you want to follow up!

In this case it's a good idea, probably someone can figure out a reproducible
way (something like an instruction leaflet), here the bug report:

    - Open the database A- Open the game a from A and lock it
    - Open the database B- Open several games from B, and lock all of them
-- Currently the database B is selected in the databases tab, and the last
game loaded from B is selected in the board tab- I click on the game a in
    the board tab --> Error

If I try this everything is fine - I've tried this many times - so I couldn't
find the "correct" way to get this error.

The second bug is fixed, but I'm not sure whether the fix is already in newest
repository:

Also, I noticed that when I start scidb without an internet connection, I
receive some error before the GUI starts. Some error about "socket"...

> For the documentation I can help in french and italian

French is fine. Giovanni is working on Italian, but it's a long time ago that I
heard from him. Are you still on board? I hope so. An what's about the Spanish
translators, Fernando and Juan Carlos?

I will keep this in my mind (C++ development), as soon as I know a suitable
task I will send a post.

What's about testing C++ parts, for example the C++ classes for reading
opening books, the whole stuff is untested, and I'm sure that testing will
bring to light that some sub-parts of this stuff needs a revision. The relevant
code is:
src/app/app_book.cpp
src/app/app_chessbase_book.cpp
src/app/app_polyglot_book.cpp
(src/app/app_arena_book.cpp)
Unfortunately my current development branch is not yet versioned (and
app_arena_book.cpp is not yet checked in), so I have to create a new
repository branch, but the current sources in the main branch give a first
impression.

I will create soon - but not immediately, firstly I have to merge some fixes
from the main branch - a new repository for the new version, I will switch
from SVN to Bazaar (Bazaar is also easy to use, and has a nice GUI).
