I have a general safety contract that we use at Lake View for all of
students. It covers just about every safety concern imaginable and students
(and parents) need to sign it before we allow them to participate in labs.
A colleague of mine created the document and I'm sure he won't mind if I
post it to the list. Let me clear it with him first and then I'll post it.
