As far as I can determine there is no support for NIC's that use the
forcedeth.ko module.
Is it really dracut? Or anaconda?
Pretty sure it's dracut, the process halts at a dracut shell and I saw
no indication that anaconda ever got started.
I think my best plan is to scrounge around for a spare NIC, install the
system with it and call it finished.
