You have a USB3 root hub, but whether you have working USB3 ports, it depends. Simplest is to look at mobo specs, the mobo info can usually be extracted from the output of "dmidecode". Then you need to check possible errata - back in early USB2 days, mobos with some AMD chipsets had USB2 hardware that did not work.
