I found autoscan-network.com and downloaded the linux binary, but the source
doesn't seem to
download. Any chance you ever downloaded that?
A quick hunt online found the 1.50 source here:

Armed with that, you should be able to keep it living for a while, maybe
some tweaks for changes in GTK, etc.
