I see that the ending is "sl7" where the old package is "el7". What is

# yum downgrade docker.x86_64 2:1.12.5-14.el7 docker-common.x86_64
2:1.12.6-11.el7 docker-client.x86_64 2:1.12.6-11.el7
At is works again.
