I just set up a 4K display, and googling has found me basic fixins:

I also found the Default-hdpi theme.
However, my main problem now is that even though my panel has "mode
horizontal" and Number of Rows = 1, the Windows Buttons have 3 buttons
in a stack before going horizontally.
Any hints?
