My question is, where do I get this GPG key, and others assuming they
come up?
This is the EPEL key. It should be in
/etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-EPEL-6 . Where did you get
openvpn-2.2.1-1.el6.x86_64.rpm from?
It's a LiveCD issue. Openvpn is included on the LiveCD and should be
updated over the LiveCD extra repository. As a workaround edit as root
the file /etc/yum.repos.d/livecd-extra.repo and add the line
gpgcheck=0
I have to think about how to fix this "bug".
