It looks like you've got 2.8.16-2.el6.i686 and are trying to load
cracklib-2.8.16-4.el6.x86_64. The difference in the versions (2.8.16-2
vs 2.8.16-4) seems to be causing you a bit of a conflict. Try a 'yum
clean all' and yum update. The 2.8.16-4.el6 versions of cracklib are
available from the SL6.0 security repo.
