I wonder why. Different udev rules. Actually, with current udev autosuspend is disabled for HID devices in Fedora (*), because autosuspending keyboard/mouse/touchpad introduces lags. Most likely this shouldn't matter for virtual devices.. Guess this should be reported to fedora guys so they'll include QEMU devices for autosuspend.
