When Stan Lee created the Spiderman comic, he knew very little about real spiders. So Spidey had few super powers. What other super powers would a real Spidey have?
I watched part of this show last night on PBS Channel 2. It was good and it included an interview with Lee. What I liked most is the spider without any eyes, which lives its entire life underground. When you live entirely in the dark, you don't need eyeballs and based on evolution you develop other ways of seeing. Women will absolutely love the portion of the show where a male tarantula attempts to mate with a female tarantula who rejects his advances. Warning: if you don't like spiders or creepy-crawlers, then this is not a show you'll want to watch. George Captain The USS Ronald E.
