which had a lot of untapped potential. But then, I'm still smarting over
the demise of "Tru Calling" from last year! Did you ever see the episode
of "Futurama" where an alien race had been watching an "Aly McBeal" type
show for years? It took a thousand years for the TV signals to reach
their planet, and so, a millennium after the show was cancelled and the
last ep reached their solar system, an enraged ruler attacked Earth with
an armada. His demands? To see the final episodes! Fry and company had
to cobble together a set and recreate the series. Sometimes i wish I had
the money or pull to do that: throw a few million (billion?) at
production companies, and make them bring the actors and writers back
together to give me some more John Doe, Space: Above and Beyond,
Jeremiah, Odyssey 5, etc. I
