It definitely feels like an clone.  But Greenwalt's body of work since 
leaving ngel in its third season which includes, Surface, Eureka, 
Miracles, Kidnapped and prior to Angel, which includes Profit and 
X-files, gives me hope that he can abandon the Whedonesue culture and 
redefine the new show to develop a show with his own unique stamp to it.
