Grindhouse Star Joins New Knight Rider Jungle Julia meets K.I.T.T. by Eric Goldman
November 16, 2007 - Casting continues for the new NBC TV-Movie Knight Rider, a continuation of their popular 1980s series. According to the Hollywood Report, the latest addition is Sydney Poitier, who will play an FBI agent at odds with lead character Mike Tracer (Justin Bruening). Tracer is the son of David Hasselhoff's Michael Knight character from the original series. Poitier, the daughter of Academy Award winning actor Sidney Poitier, had a brief stint on Veronica Mars' first season and played Jungle Julia in the Death Proof half of Grindhouse. http://tv.ign.com/articles/835/835837p1.html Yahoo!
