Crews is eerily like the person I was twenty-odd years ago, a serene wise-a$$.

Life is my favorite show on NBC. And yes, I understand that 
"Heroes" is on NBC.

The episode "Did You Feel That?" is one of the best hours of TV I 
have watched in a long time. This is great news.
