More than one site is declaring it as fact, but I don't know where they're getting their "facts" from. A leaked video of an interview with someone appearing to slip and stating him as the potential Doctor (after almost saying he was) caused a LOT of these rumors to occur. But we don't know if he slipped due to "Oops, I let loose the truth" or "Oops, I let loose the rumor I had heard." It's rather difficult to make out what happened, and we won't know until the Beeb speaks up. I miss Tennant already. :(
