Did you by chance catch "Sankofa", "Once Upon a Time When We Were Colored", "Badasss" , "Down on The Delta", "Killer of Sheep", or "To Sleep with Anger" in theatres when they came out? All are fabulous indie films that so few blacks I know saw, but which I loved and chased down in theatres. You strike me as the type who may have sought them out...
