IMO, yes, with the twin barrels of mediocrity and stupidity. They have all the
tools in hand to make fantastic movies, but they don't know how to wield them.
They can hit the stratosphere, but they aim for the area between the crotch and
the knees.

I was listening to NPR Monday afternoon and there were several stories about
the closing of several major backbones in the movie production business. The
first was the movie prop house that provided thousands of items that are
used in the production of films for over 50 years closed its doors and
auctioned off items that were used many famous films. Another was about
studios relocating production locations to places where the taxes are
cheaper. For example, Deal or no deal is now coming live not from Hollywood
but from Connecticut! The second was about the closing of the home for
retired actors.
