Hehehe. The stock prediction idea happens every new generation of computers
since the early 1970s. The last time that someone tried it was in the late
90s using neural networks. (Hmmm haven't heard much about them lately.)

The problem is that it probably could be built or already has been built by
someone that has the skill and the money. There are a lot of new techniques
that are being used with technology in different disciplines that could
apply to computing.
