I don't think that there has been any movies that have specifically been written for 3d format. Even Avatar just has a few shots that had extra "twinkles" in it in some parts and some wide shots. We probably won't see a true 3d movie until another year or two from now. If at all.
I think the director of "The Science of Sleep" may be close to writing that way.
