I think because people want to be a part of the big system and make the big
films. There's no romance in making indie scifi anymore. Although I believe
that there is a niche for it, a lot of the artists that I was in school with
wanted to make cartoons or video games. Very few wanted to make special
effects or do movies. :(   I think it was 4 out of 60 people.
