Hi Martin.
The modules you are using are relative newcommers and haven't been
extensively tested, thus I wouldn't be surprised you've hit a bug. If
you feel this is the case, don't hesitate to open a new issue in the
tracker:
https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues
And attach a script to reproduce the problem.
