Hi, Indeed the benchmark directory is a bit of a mess right now, but migrating them to ml-benchmarks still requires a bit of work. This last has a very strict API and is very systematic in terms of dataset. If you'd like to work on this, any of these is a useful task:
- Remove duplicates and obsolete code from the benchmark directory. - Add missing benchmarks to ml-benchmarks. Some important modules like SGD still do not have any benchmarks in there - Improve ml-benchmarks. I fancy the idea of migrating everything to the codespeed framework and have something similar to http://speed.pypy.org .
