There has been some discussion about including ZCA here: https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/pull/241 Is ZCA actually used outside of image processing?
If the answer is yes, should we include it in scikits? I'll do it if people think it's helpful. Should it then go into decomposition?
