If so you should be able to reproduce the issue with the 20 newsgroups dataset. Could you please try to push a self-hosting script that uses the 20 newsgroups dataset on http://gist.github.com and then open a new issue on https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/issues with a pointer to it?
