I have been implementing MultiTaskElasticNetCV and MultiTaskLassoCV in this
PR https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/pull/2598
So far Alexander Grahamfort has been helping me with this PR and is in the
cosmit stage :) . It will be really helpful, if someone could also have a
look at this and give their opinion. :)
