Hello all, I am a master student at ETH Zurich. I want to participate one of scikit-learn projects in GSoc 2014. I used scikit-learn library when I did Machine Learning projects last year. Now I have more knowledge about data mining and statistical learning theory. It seems that the deadline is coming. But I am sure I will do a good proposal, like Locality sensitve hashing. Please help me to mature my idea. Thanks.
