Hi all, I have recently been working on extending our travis usage to test various setups (ubuntu atlas vs anaconda vs anaconda MKL for various versions of numpy / scipy). I found a bunch of unstable tests that I fixed in master while working on this new travis configuration.
Here is the new travis config that I think is ready for merge: https://github.com/scikit-learn/scikit-learn/pull/3022 Please feel free to have a look. In the future we could also find a way to the tests against recent versions of OpenBLAS.
