Hi Nikesh, First, thanks for your interest in the project. Because this is designed to not have a proscriptive storage tier (we've used RDBMS systems, LDAP, in memory and played with some others), and it is designed to allow you to create your own custom extensions, there are no downloadable jar files.
If you download the project, there is an example of how you would use and extend Scimple to meet your specific needs in .../directory-scimple/scim-server/scim-server-example/scim-server-memory This creates a simple server, with an extension and client and results in a deployable .war file. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out. Also, based on this question, I'll try to find some time to make the example project more obvious in the documentation for future users.
